Polar Metalli has the largest selection of smoke dampers available in the Nordic countries. The smoke dampers are manufactured from acid-resistant steel to ensure their extremely high durability. We also manufacture tailored smoke dampers.

Damper regulator

Polar smoke dampers are also available with a convenient damper regulator, which enables the user to easily open and close smoke dampers that are located high on the wall. Two cords hang down from the damper regulator, one which opens the damper and one that closes it. The cords must be able to hang freely. The damper regulator can also be installed afterwards and applies to all Polar smoke damper models. The regulator is manufactured from zinc-plated steel. It is available in black or white.

Extension hook

The extension hook is designed to facilitate the opening and closing of smoke dampers that are out of reach. The extension hook is attached to a broom handle. The device is manufactured from stainless steel.
